I am a lover of all things gut health, I firmly believe that almost all conditions can be traced back to the gut, what we eat, and how we digest it.

I struggled with digestive and hormonal issues for years until I found naturopathic medicine. I quickly discovered that what I was eating had a big impact on my symptoms. Once I removed some triggers and started my gut healing protocol, I noticed a big difference in how I was feeling. My skin cleared up, my PMS dialed down significantly, and I was able to eat the foods I wanted, all without worry about how it would make my stomach feel.
