Functional Lab Testing
Functional lab testing to help get to the root of your most troublesome symptoms like bloating, period pain, and IBS.
These are lab tests you don’t usually get from your primary care doctor and that’s what sets New You Naturopathic apart from providers you’ve worked with in the past.
Optimize Nutrition
Learn about what foods help to fuel your body with energy, heal your gut, and restore your hormones. Dr. Alyssa provides education around specific foods and how to easy incorporate them into meals so you can translate what you learn to your everyday life without stress.
Personalized Supplementation
There is no “one-size fits all” in naturopathic medicine. As one of Dr. Alyssa’s patients you will get your own recommendations of supplements based on your needs and symptoms.

Are your services online or in person?
These packages are currently only available online through a HIPAA complaint portal. If you live in the Connecticut area and would like an in person visit, please visit Soleil Acupuncture + Naturopathic Wellness website for more info on how to book an in-person appointment with Dr. Alyssa.
How long do you typically work with clients?
I require at least 3 months commitment. This gives us time to run labs and for you to take the time to put the recommendations in place. The healing journey takes time. This is a way for us to work together closely for a set period of time in order to help you reach your goals.
What is the investment when working together?
Working 1:1 with together requires a 90 minute initial consultation and work outside from our visits with regular follow ups. My prices range from $320 to $1500 and a treatment plan that requires dedication to changing lifestyle habits.
Do you only work with women in your practice?
No! I work with many men in my practice, after all men have gut issues too, so if there is a man in your life who is struggling with digestion, or you are a man looking for help, don’t hesitate to reach out and book a visit.
